Adding new games & servers - DayZ, Crysis, Possibly more.

The following games will be getting new servers over the next days:
L4D1 - Two new servers. All servers are being updated with new cheat protection.
L4D2 - Servers are being reduced but only where needed. there will be a minimum of two servers per coast though. This is just to put our players closer together.

New cheat protection is already in place on all servers running..

CS:S - Replacing current servers. Adding new cheat protection.
CS:GO - Replacing current servers and adding 6 more. No more lag + Adding new cheat protection.
DayZ - Adding 1 dedicated server.
Crysis Multiplayer - Adding 1 dedicated server.

We're kicking some members out of our community sadly. nothing personal we just are working for a community.

I have a life outside of Steam that really restricts me from looking at servers all day. We have 17 servers running, but 30 servers in total! We have massive room for growth and I hope this group will really take off soon.

I've chosen 3 people to moderate and report issues to me since a single person managing 17 servers is impossible. Respect them, there is a reason I chose them to manage things - they are not to abuse their power but just keep things in line. I have sent invitations to a few other people but ultimately the choice is up to them whether they want to become a moderator of a game server, I wish I could pay you guys and eventually I may be able to - but for now, there is no income at all and I can't. Trust me though, once we begin making $$$ it will be evenly distributed among staff members.

They are in charge on the server's they are assigned to, They are able to kick players and *for safety reasons* I'm limiting their banning rights - they must submit a ban request just like any other member and at least provide me with a screenshot or detailed description of what happenened.

Server and Group Staff selection

Out of the first 50 members to join, a small group of 10-30 people will be assigned as Server moderators and or Group moderators. We are choosing active players with high hours played(100hrs minimum)
>>Server moderators must have 200+ Hours played.
>>Group moderators must have 100+ Hours played.

Servers moderators can:
Reserve servers, Enable and disable servers.
Move player(s) from a team or game to a new team or game.
Change map, mutation, server location(switch IP's mid-game)
Kick and or ban any player from a game.
Use console commands without restriction.
Add mods/custom content to a servers.

Group moderators can:
Make announcements.
Vote to add mods/custom content to a servers.
Ban players from group, moderate group activity.
Submit ban requests to server moderators.

Our servers are official L4D2 Servers with the exception of global, and satellite servers. We strictly enforce server rules - no cheating, no trolling on all servers unless otherwise noted - if you see something, say something to an admin!

Team ▲ members can join any of our reserved servers and invite any of their friends regardless or group of affiliation. Global servers are afilliated with different groups and are not true "Team ▲" servers, we can enforce bans and kicks on these servers though.

Team ▲ members can arrange for a server to be reserved for up to 1 day free of charge, multiple day/multiple server rentals start at $20/day per server. We have 6 servers that can be reserved or rented out. Reserved/Rented servers are moderated by a Team ▲ server manager or Team ▲ group admin for the day who manages the ban list, connection quality and other variables that can be determined by the reserving/renting party.

Location:
Depending on your connection origin you should choose either East, West, Southern, or Global servers to reduce lag. A laggy player(Ping 100+) may kicked from a session if he/she is located in a different area than the server, very laggy players(ping 300+) are kicked regardless of reason by any Team ▲ server. We reccomend of a minimum of 1MBps internet for USA/UK Servers, lower connections may be kicked. Global servers may or may not enforce connection and location rules.

Global Servers:
Global servers are not reserved for Team ▲ members only and we only enforce our ban list on these servers, otherwise they are ran by a seperate group.
