Ok so I want us to get focused on a few things. Number one I don't want to go into drafting with an open plan I want d specific comps ran and practiced. We are going to get organized and have clear goals for our practice times. Down the road we can begin to draft more openly for now I want us rrunning 4 or 5 specific drafts and noting else. Until those are perfected. You may get bored with it but it's about winning you can just have fun on your own time.

Also, maybe post notes from the same games in the same discussion threads to keep it easier to follow

I posted a game notes discussion for one of our games. It might be useful for people to post theirs in a similar format if everyone likes it. Also, sorry if parts a little hard to read due to formatting I wrote it in word and don't feel like fixing every little thing.

There are notes on team stuff, individual times/plays, individul heros, etc. I did this one a few days ago so some communication things have already improved since then.

Hey guys I would like for everyone to review at least one of our team matches everyone and post their notes fro n the match here. Yes it sounds like homework but requiring you to e actively involved in this team with the goal of making it better is going to he the standard. Just pick one game at least every week be it a practice game or tournament and review. Include positives and areas to improve on. Cohesiveness and actively taking objectives is our first focus. We should never find ourselves idle in a game not looking for our next tower, pickoff, big teamfight initiation, or Rosh. The game is eevolving it is moving away from drawn out farm fests. I want our core goal and strat to be aggressive lane domination and mid game objective taking. We WILL control the map and we will force them on their heal. Our most recent game with the heal composition was an example of the power of lane controlling mid game aggression

Slothey asked me to post my availability here.

M: 8PM-12AM (possibly 5:30 if needed)
T: 9:30-12AM
W: 9PM-12AM (possibly 5:30 if needed)
Th: 8:30-12AM
F-Sund: Nothing scheduled but occasional real life weekend things.

Im a graduate student so most of my daily schedule is pretty flexible (as in i would be willing to do daytime tourneys but most likely only afternoon/evening practices). Also all my evening scheduled things (other than tuesday) have to do with the school bowling team which will end at the beginning of march so my schedule will be very free then, also i usually only go to one of the mon/wed practice so i could do practice on one of those days.
