Aze is not just a clan but a thriving business that exploits the economy.

I devised a list of assets and properties that accumulate the maintenance costs of the clan over a year minimum:

The Aze Trademark :- Approx. £200 p/annum
The Aze Trimark Logo Copyright :- Approx £150 p/annum
Offices Rent :- £600 p/month
Food :- £1000 p/month
Personal butler :- £1000 p/month
Server Costs :- £30 p/month
Expert Server Management Solutions :- £1000 p/month
Gyazo Ninja Account :- £3 p/month (first month free - just checked)
Battlefield 4 PREMIUM :- £90
Electricty (not included with rent) :- £200 p/month
Website Costs :- £20 p/month
Life Insurance :- £500 p/month
CS:GO Karambit Fade (ZiA needs it for motivation) :- £250

So what exactly is Aze Reverse?

It's first and foremost similar in respect to Aze Refusion, but not identical.

I wanted to keep the Aze name, because I just fucking love it.

I believe Reverse is a different step now, what I mean by that is:

Aze was born on Call of Duty, and now - I feel far more confident with different gaming communities in other games.

Reverse is aimed to bring what made the Aze experience so unique, loved by a lot of people and making that same experience 'universal'. In the past with Refusion, we had structure on recruitment - a process that was lengthy and really difficult to be accepted from.

I want everyone to be able to enjoy gaming and Aze is a great example at how we can take that experience, blend it with brilliant and talented people and create a small community around it.

I think that's what's important, the experience. The fun.

And it's time to bring that back, not to a selected group of people but for everyone.

Aze Refusion has for a long time been about the members, in light of the recent events things have happened which didn't ask for the consent of the members.

I apologise for this, I understand that you as 'Aze Refusion' all care over how I do my 'Leadership', and that it was wrong of me to not ask you lot in the first place.

I believed that, for things to progress really fast, especially when there is something important happening; namely a problem - it has to be dealt with before it gets worse.

I have not been very 'concrete' with a lot of my decisions, so i'd like to address all the additions and changes i'm doing, I expect you guys to read this and display your opinion on it, I will also ask you personally over it.

The management structure has changed, it is not expected to change and I took time to go over everything;

Final decision making is made through the Leaders now. AZE will now feature two solid leaders.

A lot of AZE has been about me, the choices has been reflected off of me. I want to be able to apply a different personality into AZE for the better. As a promise, me and Toshii has equal rights to everything a Leader can do in AZE.

In order to split the workload and keep everything in Aze Refusion running as smoothly as possible. I have appointed two Advisors, this is final and is not expected to change without AZE's consent.

An assistant will over see any problems in AZE and will be around to genuinely help you guys.

Will manage the main decision making over the recruitment status'
