I want to underline how important it is for members to try and make some communication with myself, SSG Lucht or SGT Baker, if you are going away for an extended time period or have a time crunch. As always real life commitments come before this. However, if you are online or availble, we at least would like some time committed to the unit.<br><br>There is a Campaign offically planned and Operation orders are completed. We would like to put these in motion, however there are critcal steps that need to be completed prior to the Campaign.<br><br> Candidates need to attend a selection course, which we would like to take place as soon as possible. <br><br> Aviation members need to meet with Ops Staff to PrePlan Ops capabilities and get administrative requirments out of the way. <br><br> Senior MOS members need to meet with leadership to have orders and expecancies handed down to help wit the transition. <br><br>We need to complete these steps expediently. Another Meeting time and date will be announced within the next 3 days.
