That Hitmarker mod is nice, very similiar to operation flashpoint. Also, the ASR AI3 ai mod works perfectly with stealth missions if you havent already tried it. You can adjust how far the enemies radio-alert eachother and gunshot hearing distance i think and so on. Also, you can sneak right up behind enemies and headshot them without they turn around. Just generally makes the ai react better at least for stealth.
