Recently, I had a wonderful idea for an Empire Total War update/DLC Pack. I wrote it in the forums:

Germany has recieved 4 votes for our capital, so that is now where we are located.

That means that now members (non-admins) will now be able to make announcements. In order to prevent spamming though, there has to be some rules:

A- There will be a limit of 3 announcements a day for each member.
B- There are not to be any stupid announcements such as "I like pie" etc.
C- You may announce that you are looking for a battle to fight someone against.
D- You may advirtise a group only once a month.
E- You may not edit or delete another members announcement.

If any are broken you will get a chat ban for a week.
