Moderator:
1. Has to be good at sniper, enough to beat most in this group regularly.
2. Has to have good repuation and is responsible.
Admin:
1. Can totaly dominate everyone in this group.
2. Has to have good repuation and is responsible.
3. Has to play be active. (Not neccissarily on orange, although that would be good as well).

Having said these, I may change a few things but some of you can expect admin/moderator soon enough.
