ok just so i know that people are going to be able to attend scedualed events i would like you to post a comment on that event when you read it telling me if you can make it or not. Also if you want to be the second in command for the first time or again you need to send me a application. no format is requierd just stat why you should be elected.

If a NCR socond in command member has ether been offline for more than one week they will be removed from the socond in command position also every month or so the NCR second in command Member will Change wether or not you have followed the guide lines. After one month the Second in command WILL change.
