Here's some ground rules I have to pump into our gray mass, these are the essentials the alliance expects of us.

- In the hole. for us to ID your ship you must carry a certain symbol on the front of your ship's name.

- Planet Management: VERY important mining as it provides RAW materials for us to sell or to refine and manufacture,

- Refining: another important role to refine the raw planet material to fuel any POS.
This fuel will allow us to conduct either trade or found another industrial POS.

- Whoever is the fleet leader or commander, he / she is the boss since every mili second matters. Yet in doubt or any questions, feel free to ask 'em in fleet, alliance or damage inc. chat.

- Teamspeak! Yes here I am again but you NEED Teamspeak, end of story.
Don't talk about random stuff on the TS, talk about anything relevant to the matter of situation.At any other time? Laugh it up, crack some jokes pop some booze together just mind the situation.

- Cloak and probes, FFS carry 'em on your covies in the holes. Combining probes / d scan will allow us to find holes and enemy ships a lot more faster. Always bookmark your way in and out of the hole, it can be useful to you and others.

- Directional scan: Put it to 9999999999999 km if you will but the radius has to be 360 degrees. Any ship wihtout the proper tag must be shot down, so the standard here is ... If it doesn't look blue, shoot it.

- Fit your ship the way the alliance tells ya to, this may vary. To speed up the process use teamspeak and listen carefully to what kind of war strategy the alliance is going for.

- When voting take place, the 3 alliance leading corps will carry out an anymous vote. Which means to say if any of the 3 in any kind of situation says no, ithen it is a NO.

Well, as you all have learned, a merc alliance is on our ass because of this fortune dude.

Unless you feel like getting ganked, do continue your mining and transportation.
This will not only increase their ego and killboards, but it will also extend the war time.

However it's not because they're out there and they can nearly instapop you that it means you can't do anything in Eve.

There's; sites to explore, there are holes we constantly need to D scan, refining, manufacturing, grav sites, gas mining, sleepers, dead space complexes, finding routes from the C5 to high security to bring in the ships and items we need, ... etc

That said, make sure you are always on the alliance it's teamspeak when you're in need of help.
