we really need a server

Anyone got an outlander skilled w/ Shadowshot? Would like an opinion on it - it sure seems like a ♥♥♥♥ skill to level with. Anyone have it skilled up to the Tier 3 bonus? Seems like Chaos Burst would be a better alternative.
