Rune, is Digsby still under development? When I looked up info on it, I saw something about it now being 'dead' and another site recommended Instantbird...any opinions on that?

I was told that Twitch's thingy that sends messages to Twitter is wonky, so I currently have that functionality disabled.

I used to recommend pidgin but, it doesn't do what you're looking for.

Does anyone know of a way (within Windows 7 or a program that will run on it) that I can post to Twitter without the hassle of logging into Twitter via a website? (for updating what I'm streaming)

Preparing a linux build for imminent acquirement of new hardware. Anyone with hints/tips please contact me via steam.
Going to use either Ubuntu or Arch linux.
Hardware specs: 1xG34 6244 Processor (12 cores @2.6GHZ), 16GB registered DDR3 1600 (max is 256GB, will not add more until needed), 256SSD.
More specs to come as hardware is updated.
Gonna dedicate some of this machine to stickyhamster, the rest will be going up for rent.
