I know this is super long and I should shut up right about now... but everyone in the community is amazing, and I hope at some point we can all find a server where we are comfortable and just hang out and talk and do whatever. Later! <3
Although i wasn't on the group itself i loved the server since it always had a calm atmosphere and it was a lot of fun to play in there. Why are you shutting down? it's truly sad to see this, i loved to play here
Anywho, R.I.P TGP, so many good memories, so many friends.
I just Bought TF2, my first Steam Game. I started it up and looked at the server list. (Of course I looked for the low ping Servers) and Found TGP. After that, I kept coming back. I don't know quite why. I guess it might have the semi-sfiendly (lol jk, you guys were awesome) atmosphere, or how everyone was just there to have a good time, or the awesome (if not random and funny ) 'conversations' that took place. It made me feel as though there was a place on the big , expanse of TF2 servers where I belonged.
But above all, TGP, I will remember you as that thing that started my love of Valve and PC shooters over all. All you admins were (and still are) great. As well as (almoast) every other person on the TGP servers.
