Almost 2 years ago I made a comment here about some game I had in greenlight, and how wanted to look into vehicles and a open-world to drive them as development progressed (having worked on REFUELED mod for years, always something wanted to do :D), well, after all this time is a short trailer showing off the open world vehicle gameplay ;)

Normally wouldn't post something off-topic to FUEL here - but specifically in this case there is the obvious potential for where we could take the game and after spending so much time developing the FUEL: REFUELED mods and patches you can be sure the idea of FUEL hasn’t been forgotten in my mind :P

Will be looking into vehicles to add to the game at a later stage and certainly after a couple years or so of updates and expansions, once have considerable map size and places to drive it could be fun - just have to get the game to that point.

Installed it yesterday for the first time after playing on release. What a blast. Does the online mode still work?

Hey guys and gals. Its been awhile since I've played fuel in 2010 and have just decided to reinstall the game. I updated my Fuel with REFUELED and I look forward to jumpin in the events with everyone else. See you all on the race tracks!

I really just wanted to test out the Steam Guides feature, and I'm not sure what else would be worth posting as FUEL isn't exactly a game that you require a guide to figure out. But they've implemented the feature well and I may consider using it more in the future.

I got back into this under-rated game with the mod Fuel Reloaded. It is truly a huge help in balancing the game and adding AI to race to the race editor. To me, this game is like one of those games like HSX Hypersonic Xtreme. Sure it may have its faults, but something extrodiary makes me come back and play it, in this case its the huge open world to race around. Sure some may call it a road trip simulator, but to me thats not a bad thing. Its always nice just to cruse around houdrends of miles of road just to relax. Now one thing I surly wish they had was taking more of theme of urban envirment. There is only 1 tiny city, actuly its just a cupple of buildings. I wish they could add city envirments speaded out though the world. That would make it even more cool to play.

Also something else worth mentioning is that the next release of the FUEL: REFUELED mod will be compatible with all localizations and 100% compatible online (free ride and races!).

If everything goes to plan then I am aiming to release both the patch and latest version of the mod sometime next week.
