Hello guys, lately we've been moving forward with the group and we have a few new members. Soon I hope to do some organised events in Dota 2 then further in other games.
My first announcement is our official "team" and how to enter. We also need to name the team.

We need to be very mature about entering the team and if you get rejected don't take it personally. To enter the team all you do is message me or leave a comment here telling me you'd like to audition for the team and what role you will be filling. We also need 5 players as subs. We need a;

Core/Hard Carry
Offlaner
Support x2
Mid/Carry

To be proved for the official team you will be voted for. The votes will be held on an external site so they can not be tampered with by me or any other person.
Every 3 months we will do a re-vote so the team is always fresh and not one person is constantly in the team. I will be hosting most events and if not voted I will not be on the team but I will still maintain it by hosting events and contacting other teams.
*NOTE* If you don't vote for me don't feel that as the leader I will be angered by this. I am happy to be the leader of this guild and that is enough. If I get to join the team I will be happy but alas I will be happy if I carry on managing the group as I do now.

Naming the team will be down to you guys. Leave comments suggesting a name and we will cast a vote on these as well.

I now have a second announcement to make, which is also important.
To maintain this groups communication, I ask you all to check the group every week. This way we can run things smoother with out anyone feeling lost or not knowing what's happening in the group lately. If you notice omeone hasn't joined the steam group please add them and stay active in this group as well!
I value everyone here's constant activity wiht us through many a pub game and would like it if we could carry on getting better at Dota 2 together, whether we play ranked or un-ranked together.

As you can all see the group is slowly growing! We would like the group to keep growing so if any one can, add your friends!
Adding more people to the group will make it easier to find a full party, so get adding!

I've finally got around to making a group so we can all post discussion and I can release announcements to you all here.

I may organise some events and will give everyone who wishes to participate time to join and organise if they can attend or not.
