You download add ons by downloading the .7z or .zip file. You navigate the compressed file into the following: OS (C:) / Program files (Or if you have Windows 7, Program Files (x86)) / Steam / Steamapps / common / alien swarm / swarm / add ons. Extract the files (I recommend to download 7 zip because it can extract the most up to date compressed files including .7z and .zip). Now click on the .vpk file to download the add on. Allow the data to be changed (Or whatever it was) and it will say if it downloaded succesfully or not. If not, try again repeatedly. If the problem persists, you may have to delete the file and then redownload it either at Swarm Armory or another source. Once it downloaded succesfully, boot up Alien Swarm. Go to options, Add ons. Check mark the box of the add on. WARNING: if two add ons have the same image, only one will show (atleast for me,) when selecting a campaign. Bonus: Go to options, audio. go to combat music and upload your own song.

not to look stupid , just lazy; how do i download add-ons, i want a step by step tutorial, and i'm a beast at this game so i'll play with some people if ya'll wants.
