New Commands to detect Bunnyhop scripters

Due to the huge amount of people bunny scripting and anti bhop plugins only detecting a fraction of them I added the showkeys plugin as well as made a command available that will give you information about players' jumps.

sm_keys will show they keys of the player you are spectating
sm_mykeys will show your keys
sm_jumpstats <name or #userid> will print out jump stats.

New map: surf_y by Tioga060 and Panzer! A map with 24 stages made in 24 hours!

New command: sm_spec <name or #userid> will put you into spectator team & spectate the person chosen.

Admin bans are now server wide. If you are banned by an Admin, you will be banned on all 3 servers.

sm_saveloc now also saves eye angles and your velocity vector, so you can save your location while surfing and use sm_tele to practice a part of the map.

New Cheat Commands Added:
sm_getloc (gets a player xyz location) - Timer can be enabled
sm_saveloc (saves current location) - Timer can be enabled
sm_tele (teleports to location, xyz or saved) - Timer must be disabled

New Cheat commands added for VIP & KSF Members

Client sided cheat commands can now be used with your surftimer disabled.

These include:
mat_wireframe
mat_fullbright (mat_fullbright 2 is cool)
r_drawclipbrushes
and others that you will not find useful
Showing triggers is not available because it is not a client sided cheat.

You must disabled your surftimer and type !cheats (sm_cheats) to enable sv_cheats.
