First, I want to address the bit of problem we had tonight during our scrim. I am not into public humiliation, so I will not be naming any players. I simply want to ask that they reflect on their behavior, and never again put me in a situation where I find myself apologizing to eight different individuals. Once you confirm that you will not be making it to the scrim, you are NOT to join in the middle of it and demand that one of our subs/ringers leave. Please realize that these are players who are taking their own personal time to play for us.

Because of what transpired tonight, we lost our good scrim partners. Please remember that what you do as an individual affects our team as a whole. Be respectful, and be professional.

With that being said, I want to thank the rest of you for being so punctual with all of the scrims that I have been scheduling as of late. I really appreciate everyone's participation.
