Instructions:

- Go to https://store.na.square-enix.com/hitman
- Scroll down until you see Hitman 2 for PC and it should say it costs $2.10
- Add to cart, sign up, and go to checkout. Where it asks for a promo code enter "FreeSilentAssassin"
- To see your steam code go to My Account > Your Orders > under "Delivery" click view.
