Now the guy who voiced Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop is, believe it or not, NOT Steve Blum. Funnily enough, there is a non union voice actor who has the exact same voice as Steve (or relatively close) and since he is not legally obligated to form contracts, he signs them as Steve Blum.
This means some voices are Steve and some are not. I think it's safe to say 90% of the appearances are of Steve Blum
