У меня проблемы с мобильным приложением Steam (iOS). Обычно я ищу игры в мобильном приложении и добавляю их в свою библиотеку, но добавленные мной игры не отображаются в библиотеке мобильного приложения Steam. Некоторые из них я не могу найти. Когда я обратился в службу поддержки, мне сказали, что если вы еще не вошли в игру на своем ПК, игры не будут отображаться в мобильном приложении Steam. Я жду обновления, которое решит эту проблему.

Love the app and the games work in my laptop even games I never thought would work. Best app ever 10/10.

Also I noticed a game called Prey for the Gods is misspelled as Praey for the Gods. Nice discount but can’t sell if your customers see it and when scrolling back is hard to find and then impossible in search because of the misspelling (remove the “a”).
I hope it’s okay to report this here because I have no idea how else to do so in this app.

I also just noticed that on TF2’s page, on the Meet the Pyro video specifically, there’s a VERY noticable delay between when the audio for something plays and when it actually happens in the video. Might be an issue with the video itself, but I don’t know. It gets more noticable the longer the video goes on.

I agree with @The Big Dumb, this app is so covolutioned that a simple logout in your PC is a headache, because th app has authenticator bug and had to remove it to receive 2 sms and 3 emails to reset the password so I finally could scan de QR in my TV to login in the app that I was already login but if you miss a step... it is a round robin that cycles 2 or 2 times around all your devices just because you forgot the password.

So, for some reason, whenever i try to add an authenticator, the code contains both numbers and letters, but the leyboard only has numbers. Is this a Steam Mobile problem or an IPhone problem? I wouldn’t be surprised if it was an IPhone problem tbh

Store keeps ignoring my preferences, specifically sets all Adult Content flags for the Store as "Do Not Show".
I set flags to Show, restart app, open my queue (where most recent recc'd game is Adult in nature) and I am told I have asked not to see adult content.

I have never told Steam to Not show me Adult Content.

I’m getting an unacceptable reason to stop me from logging into Steam by using my own account. This really ignored me where Stream asked to verify, I have followed all steps and also answered all questions given. But why still blocked me to login on my laptop? No logic at all? This is not the first time I’m using my laptop and location to login Steam account. And best parts is so very funny, Steam allows me to login into my handphone account, but yet don’t allows me access login to my laptop using the same Wi-Fi connection. Ridiculous.!!!

Steam Guard is great, until the mobile app logs you out and asks for a code from the mobile app. I got logged out from ALl devices. Precisely how would I get the code or use a QR to sign in? Please give us the option to add an Authenticator app for MFA! It’s ridiculous that I could get signed out and have to remove Steam Guard to sign back in!

I got logged out of my account a few days back with this app, unfortunately due to using this app for more than a year, I basically forgot my password, so. I was soft locked out of my account for a while. Thankfully, I was still logged into my pc, through which I contacted steam support and they reset my password. Unfortunately my phone number was removed and I can't use it anymore apparently. But I'm still grateful that I didn't get completely locked out. This account, it means very much to me.

My steam mobile app just randomly logged out, when I logged back in on security and devices it showed my previous phone listed as the one that had the steam guard authorized and it also showed as active but I didn’t have the steam app installed on it , should I be worried??

I have literally everything checked and allowed, yet everything in games with Explicit Content remains blurred

It makes even less sense when opening the pages on a BROWSER of all things keeps them uncensored

За какие дешевые предметы по 15 тенге подтверждения включили, постоянно просит пинкод по 1000 раз вводить. Почему бы вам не сделать привяжку со всем аккаунтам сразу, например у меня есть доступ к одному аккаунту, зачем дурацкие коды нужны на каждый аккаунт когда можно все обьединить. И сделайте восстановление аккаунта из кода смс а не подтверждения входа с телефона который украли, сим карта во всех странах уже регистрируется по ФИО и документным данным, а у вас отсталые коды с приложения

Уберите дурацкие подтверждения с приложения, я не могу восстановить второй аккаунт, доступ к номеру телефона есть, на этот номер привязано несколько моих аккаунтов, некоторые из них я восстановил доступ и пользуюсь, почта и пароль забыты, телефон украли, симкарта зарегистрирована на меня, почему просто моего номера телефона не хватает в качестве доказательства что я являюсь настоящим владельцем???

I noticed the login by scanning of QR couldn't replace the password or act as quick login because sometimes a machine such as the desktop PC may contains disturbance although the confirmation was performed on the network already.

Could it be due to corruption of file(s) on the desktop PC that block the log?
