Since this update I can't resize the Steam Client window with my mouse anymore.
Steam completely locks up when trying to drag any window corner/border.

EDIT: Okay, a restart fixed this. But it still is way more laggy than before and takes multiple seconds to register the drag action.

Also the Steam client window does not start maximized on startup (again). This was fixed previously, but since a few patches it's broken again. I always have to unfocus (click away) and refocus the window to fix it.

TY for the update. Please fix the issue of Steam randomly reloading, especially if you have a browser open in the background. It tabs you out of whatever game you're in when it happens! It sucks when it happens in a bad moment! Me and a bunch of other people have been experiencing it for almost a month now!
