As of recently I've noticed that with the Game Recording that I've been unable to change/export a clips resolution and it's been locked to 720p and 1080p. Previously I had the option to clip up to 4K and have the active and background recording be in 4K however that option seems to have disappeared. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Secondary issue: Unable to cut and then export/save new clips from some games. Not all games.
