Community and Group Dropdown Navigation

I dislike the mobile style dropdown menus to select different sections. The tabs are easier and nicer on the eyes instead of this massive big button that causes me TWO CLICKS to get anywhere. At a glance the tab system helps me navigate faster and with one click, now I have to do 2 clicks.

It got worse when I came here to discuss it and discovered that groups have dropdowns as well, for both the category and each forum. The side tabs are fine, we don't need a fully minimal design. Extra clicks ♥♥♥♥. If I go to the Squad forum it puts me in an "Important information" thread first then I have to click "General Discussion", 2 already. Now I'll have to make it a 3rd.

I suggest you abandon this idea or find a way to make it more efficient. The more normalized this is the less I believe people will hit any of the other tabs like screenshots, news, artwork, workshops, or reviews.

Update: I notice it does it for inventory too. There has to be a better way. I know some people have a massive inventory for each game, let us just delete objects.

I had totally forgot about delete cache in the settings and I was in there earlier today trying to see if using the beta client would sort it out. It worked though, everything is back to normal for me, Cheers Hotsauce. :happyleon:

Hopefully you to can you can find a solution soon Bite Me.
It's the download cache right? It's still not working for me.

Steam > Settings > In Game >>> Delete Web Browser Data

I've realized now that my desktop app has adopted the entire mobile layout and I suspect this is now a full bug. I try to add emotes and it disappears behind other elements.

I've had a similar problem on and off for a month or two but it was only on the forums and a quick restart of Steam seemed to reset it back. However, this last day or so it seems to have come back and stayed and now it's hit my inventory, screenshots etc.

Here's a couple screenshots to show my issues, is this the same or similar problem as you're having?
