The "Browse Local Files" option does not work

In game properties, on "Manage" tab, this option does not open my file explorer.
The games are installed on 3 logical disks. Physically they are 2 SSD drives.
All games run fine.
Earlier it worked fine, but after one of the updates of Steam Beta this option stopped working.

I have cleared the Download Cache (under Steam Settings -->Downloads --> Clear Download Cache), but it did not help.

- Windows 10 Home x64
- Steam Beta (latest version as of November 8, 2022)
- 54 games installed

Any ideas why?

Confirmed with no virtual disks, one SSD.

Doesn't work for me either (when you only click the menu in the context menu via right click)
However it works, when you click this function in the Properties windows via Right Click-> Properties.
