It's a scam attempt, ignore them. Block and report the person. It's easy to see because the English grammar is terrible and no real member of Valve's moderator team would write English so dreadfully.

Can you please prove that this is a scam, because he sent photos that only the moderators have?

That There Are STEAM Moderators In Discord,
& That There Are STEAM Moderators Amungst
The User Base Here On STEAM...

Either This Is All A Scare Tactic, Or
People Are Just Making Things Up

From Within The User Base, I Don't Think That's Gonna

If Anyone Has A Problem, Go Directly To Support Themselves,
