my steam got hacked 1 year ago by some chinese hacker and sold my stickers in my inventory and i changed the language to english and in the community market everything is in chinese and i can't change it

1. Steam Settings>Interface>Steam Client Language
Pick English.

2. "whatever's Account" page:
Language Preferences
Set the menu to English
Below that uncheck everything else (You won't be able to check or uncheck English, this is normal)

Below that is languages for games and game content
Start with none of these checkedmarked.

click the Save button.
