Weird colors, images not showing and other weird stuff with my steam client

I have posted this earlier in the Help and Tips section but I figured it would be more appropriate here.

Actions taken:

Reintstall Steam
Updated Nvidia Drivers
Tried different monitor

None of which fixed the issue.

I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

If you didnt already, try DDU and reinstall the Drivers after the DDU if that doesn't fix it than chances are you may have an issue with your GPU or could try another HDMI/Display cable and see if that makes a difference. Least you can hope for is that it isn't your GPU.
