Grand Empire North Spain which includes Slamanca top half of Madrid and Barcelona

this is much more reasonable if you refuse you have 86,000 soldiers that are our prisoners and if they want to see their families dont refuse remember your "fabulous cities and palaces might turn to ashes

If you accept say on CON what i said (copy&paste) as a counter offer and say the Prinz of the Grand Empire proposed it
