Just wondering if anyone else has it there or if its just a random bug,or the game is actualy finaly getting some love from Valve...

Events and group chat are now public,If you wish to find other players from the group to play with,you can now schedule an event that will show up as a popup to all members of the group.
You can also use the group chat while playing due to the lack of build in chat client in the game.
