If we win a season of highlander, all the mains (and people who subbed) get
a reward. I made sure they're all atleast worth a key, maybe more.
You'll only get this if I think you've earned it.

More practices schedules.

So I've been aborbing alot of comp knowledge, since we all have things to do in real life, we can't exactly have 9 people show up, or just try again next week.

The idea is: there are 3 groups. These 3 groups will practice together. I'll try to divide my attention where ever needed, but its ultimatly up to you to take this initiative on this.

Even if you aren't listed in the group, you should join in, if you're bored.

"Push" group; Heavy, Medic Demo.

"Flank" group; Scout, Soldier, Spy.

"Defense" group; Engineer, Pyro, Sniper.
Basic goals: learn each-others play style, and understand your role and how it mixes with the others on the team.

So I personally don't feel like managing a team. I'm just going to step down, once another person steps up to the plate.

Afterwards, whoever decides to lead the team, may do whatever they so wish with this team.

One condition: The name must change.

I tried. But highlander is too hard to organize when half our members aren't respoding or online. I could just be more strict, but I'd prefer to slim things down either way.

We'll keep the highlander, but I'm going to make and focus a 6s team.
