You can set-up a team before clicking match made battles, so if you want to fight with 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4 it's possibile.

Alright, fights that contribute to clan points are only made through match made battles. Not the Battle list option. Supposedly, you're going to be matched with another player or players with roughly the same rank.
