It's a disconnect problem that I have with my internet. I already talked to Megakron about it and he thinks it may be an IP conflict, so when I get home tomorrow I am going to look into that.

i kno it says the person disconnected or dropped but never left there must be a thing they are doing so they can leave without registering a loss

killathilla, I thought that last night's patch fixed this issue? If they do it now it *should* count as a loss for them and a win for you, it is damn frustrating I know, i've had peeps quit on me too

beware people are quiting right at the end of battles my stats arnt pretty as ive lost more than won but atleast im not quiting.high level opponents leave when they are about to lose so just watch out

Not got a firm date on the multiplayer hot fix yet. It will however be fixing many of the issues we, and many others, have been experiencing. Such as stats not recording, the Dishonourable Coward trait applying incorrectly, etc.

i knt get the steam launcher to work it just says connecting and then not responding does any1 kno anythng and also i reached my cap for this month and was wondering if i could play shogun 2 single player without having to download the 9 gig update?? thanks

Yeah i had that problem too. had to reinstall - I panicked. Praise be to CA! they've fixed it, look under Shogun 2 news - Pc gamer says a whole playerbase was locked out of the game last night, but its now fixed, so all is good :)

If you right-click on Shogun 2 in your steam library you can then click on 'Update history' and it will show you what has been downloaded and what it does. Glad you got it sorted anyway!
