Ok here is how we are gonna do it. Once we figure out who is gonna join the server for the weekend. Then me and Phil will get in a Skype call and buy the server (We will add someone to the call if we need help). Then we need to open the server and White List it to the people that will join the server. Then I will post an announcement in this chat. Once I do that prepare for me to call this chat and then we will get started, before the call I will tell who can join the call.

Staff Rules

Here is the rules for the server staff. (The ranks permission come from Philip not me, if u have problems contact him in a private chat). Here is the punishment system for the server. You get a strike (Only owners can give strikes) if u do something that may be as a behavior issue (Perm bans, IP Bans for a joke is an automatic kick from staff and 2 week ban from the server). If u get 3 strikes then you will get kicked from staff (Depends on how severe it is) or be downgraded in staff. (Ex: Admins get deranked to Mods). Also during the stages before we release the server to the public you are not allowed to join the server unless you have special permission or an owner is online and you have full contact with them (AFK does not count as an owner being on the server) (We can see when you join). As you know this is a Skyblock server. This will not be a problem for the staff but you are allowed to TPA or TP while someone is on there online (Any trolling of other islands will result in an automatic 3 strikes). If u go to an island whether its staff or a member you have to have an excuse to go to that island. (Proof of Hax, Anti_Cheat or they just ask you to come) Any TP's to a persons island will result in a strike). During the stages before the release to the public if u Ban or Warn on kick anybody without permission that will result in a strike and you will be removed from joining the server until it opens to the public. (Perm bans and IP bans earn an automatic kick from staff and ban from the server). To build something on the server (An owner has to be on (Me and Phil) or not AFK) and you have to have full permission from the owner that is on. If we find any trolls that will result from a strike to a kick from staff depending on how severe that troll. If u ban someone or kick someone you have to have permission from an owner. If u have a report or complaint report to our admin Grint, he runs the enjin website that will be opened when the server opens to the public. Ty and Lake manage the plugins. If u have any issue with the plugins report it to OWNERS ONLY. We will tell them later about the complaint. Also any arguments during staff that will result in a grief of ANYTHING on the server will result in an automatic kick from staff and ban from server. About a day before the server releases to the public the owners will White-List the server to specific staff members (If u get mad and rage that is 1 strike). There we will set up Buy Craft, Voting etc. Hopefully you can follow these rules and if you do not it will result in severe consequences (BTW We are not making anymore owners than we have until our server gets big possibly) If u also get a paid rank you have to continue paying for the server. If u do not then you will lose permissions. Thanks and GL!

Then Again. Tomorrow is the last day to pay for the server if you are paying (Kentucky people probably will not be able to pay for this 6 months if you have not payed yet). If u have not paid and you are mod, if u do not get the money to Philip tomorrow then you will not be upgraded. The staff is still the same, Me and Philip owners, Aaron is a Co-Owner, Grint is Admin, Deaven is Mod (Unless he gets his money to Philip by tomorrow, If he pays he will be admin), SWAT_28 and JW are Chat mods and Lake and Ty are helpers (This comes from Philip, so don't argue with me). If you have any questions then contact me or Philip, (I am not arguing with you) don't argue with me, if you argue then you will get a strike (3 Strikes your out or Downgraded) (I will discuss the rules in the next announcement) ALSO IF U HAVE STEAM, MY STEAM IS DCS_281YT, PLZ MESSAGE ME TO BE IN THE SERVER STEAM GROUP, THERE YOU WILLGET ANNOUNCMENTS ALSO.
