Okay, so no game at 5 EST, just practice at 7 EST? I should be able to make that for a few rounds, though the usual "provided we start within a reasonable amount of time" rule applies.

Of those days you mentioned, all will work except Monday. Thursday could be a bit tricky depending on when the game lands, but I could maybe make it work (I'm in class on Thurs. from 1:40 until 5:40 central time) so Friday and Sunday are the best for me.

Alright well... Just talked to the other team leader (by just talked I mean I talked to him extremely late last night but couldn't bring myself to announce it yet) and he can't do Sunday games this early. His team plays late games (which is great because I play late games) so I need to know whens the best EVENINGS for everyone. My best evenings are Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Just a friendly reminder: the Sunday game is moved earlier to 2PM PST (5PM EST) and is now official. Make it if you can but I think we'll have a good turnout so you don't have to bend backwards to break plans for this.

Okay just kidding. My car is now locked in a towing storage that closes on Sunday so I'll have to deal with this tomorrow. In the meantime some TF2 to get my mind off things sounds great so I'll be attending practice.

Ech. Okay well my car broke down from work and I need to get that fixed stat (but it'll have to wait till tomorrow). And now I just got a call that the place I had it towed to didn't have any space for my car and now it's stuck in a towing lot in God knows where which apparently is a terrible thing and I hope they don't charge by the hour or some thing just as bad.

I probably won't be able to attend this practice because I need to get my car working as soon as possible. If you guys can organize yourselves in a nice and timely manner and play a few lobbies, that'll be awesome. Otherwise, sorry for not making it, we'll organize our next week's game a little better.


Meanwhile this reminds me that I'll have to set up a assistant admin or whatever. This is not a position of power but rather a position of menial responsibility and should pretty much only exist when real life events (such as this) take a liking in putting large objects up my rectum. The playoff cup will start immediately after the decider matches are finished. Remember that this means any result of decider matches will have to be uploaded before Monday. The Cup stage schedule and seedings are then estimated to be released at Monday 8th November 20:00 CET. The schedule deadline for the first round will be Sunday 14th November 23:59 CET.

So in a week or so we'll find out.

I don't think I noticed anything yesterday when I checked. I'll check again and make sure.

Haha. I think the first division is basically made to weed out the people without a cohesive team. The next people have to have people with a full team willing to play, so we'd probably play our first game soon.

Nope. Since we beat the pants off our division, a new division will be written up. Basically now that they cleared everyone of the people who never showed up I think they'll start matching us one on one. At least that's the rumor I've been hearing.

Sure. There will be no game Friday or Saturday this week. No official game until a week or two, at least.

If possible, could we try not to have the game on Friday or Saturday? I was planning on going home this weekend, and I don't have TF2 there, so I won't be able to play. I should be good for a Sunday night game though.

This is something that I probably should have noticed before, but our match is on (Canadian) Thanksgiving, so it is very unlikely that I will be able to play on Sunday.

The admin changed our time (because the team we're facing never bothered to respond to our proposed time) but thankfully we are playing near the same time. We are currently playing on Sunday 5PM PST (8PM EST) on the same server. I'm not going to change it because if the other team can't make it it's their own fault. They should at least have tried to respond to me.


And no practice btw. Lets just focus on these games cause I have a bit too much on my plate to deal with practices too :P.

As suggested I'm going to make two events. One is to go off on Saturday as a reminder to leave your Sunday 5-8PM nice and open. The other is the actual game on Sunday.
