Their empire is a community designed to hold inter clan (state) battles and tournaments and with the help of LV all tournaments will be video'd and broadcasted giving every clan, and member to show their prowess on the battlefield and giving each clan the opportunity to take the spotlight. With this request i would like to inform you that this is not, and i repeat, NOT an Umbrella empire! we will not control your decisions or attempt to micromanage your state. You are and will be forever your own entity; for a state that can not run itself is not deserving of EoC, and we do not believe this to be the case.
