Oh, and one more thing. If this was a more serious group, and we actually had a curation following of people who came to us for quality games, I would absolutely let you recommend Warframe because I can see that the gameplay is fun and it's not a bad game. I wouldn't let my personal opinion of the game get in the way of recommending quality games to our audience.

But as it stands, 3 people are following the group's Steam Curation page and I doubt any of our 35 members really care about this group being a serious gaming community.

Finally, I cannot comprehend why you want this group to be serious. Russell and I were bored today, so we decided to enable Curation functions and start recommending games for no particular reason. We don't think anyone will read the reviews, and we don't think the group will gain any sort of influence in the Steam Curation scene.

If you want to have a serious group that has a recommendation for Warframe in its repertoire, by all means go ahead and make one.

I am not "byest" against it. I have tried it. Yes, it was a while ago, but I doubt the fundamental mechanics of running around and shooting people and doing space parkour have changed. I didn't find it particularly fun, and I didn't find that it stood out much or gave me much of a reason to play it, especially with friends, given that heavy teamwork was nor encouraged.

I generally try to avoid free to play games with a leveling up system as it leads to too much grinding. I have not seen a single negative review of this game (including recent ones, after the overhaul that you speak of) that does not mention the excessive grinding that is present, and basically unavoidable in this type of game. Grinding is not fun.

Additionally, I'm still a little pissed off about today, because we spent the whole day trying to get everyone to play Planetary Annihilation and found ourselves ignored, blocked, or lied to, and all of you lot ended up playing Warframe anyway.

No one got demoted. Russell got promoted to Officer, but all that gained him was the ability to recommend games.

I cannot make anyone the group leader except myself.

I'm OK with the games he recommended. If he recommended Warframe I would delete the recommendation.

If you guys want the group to be an actual group again where we have events and giveaways, by all means tell me.
