Rebuilt the CS:GO and Trading Card scanners.

Trading card scanner now uses proxy servers to bypass rate limits.

I'm not too familiar with CS:GO items and trading, so if you have any improvement suggestions or issues with your CS:GO scan results, feel free to pass them along to me!

If youd like to try premium, you can also add me directly.

Hi people,

I've been out of the trading world for a long time, but I've returned (in some capacity) and have found an old copy of my source code for Scan.tf.

Is TF2 trading more or less dead?
Are there any similar tools still operating?
Would it be worth my time and money to bring this tool back to life?

Feel free to leave your opinion below.
Depending on the feedback I get, I could dig in and see what it would take to revamp the project with current APIs.

New Features and Fixes, Gun Mettle Update Support

+ Added support for Gun Mettle weapons with SCM prices
+ Added a 'Skip Outpost Users' filter for premium members
+ 'Sort by' buttons now sort during scans and are persistant between scans
+ Fixed server scanner page from sometimes becoming blank during high traffic.

Still working hard on many more new features yet to come, one of which I think will be a game changer for profit trading.

Fastest and most robust version of Scan.tf has gone live.
Many new features and huge improvements, especially for our Premium users. Here's a quick overview:

Faster Scanning!

All scanners have been completely rewritten using parallel requests, allowing scan speeds to multiply. Free users 2x faster, Premium users 6x faster (soon to be 12x!)

New Tools!

CS:GO scanner -- Shows most recent Market prices, skin types and wear amounts for all items.
TF2 Group Scanner -- Get your bulk scan on with a brand new Steam group scanner. (premium)
TF2 Trade Calculator -- Calculate and compare trade values for you and your trade partner; all you need is to copy the trade chat text. Can calculate unusual effect prices and renamed items with a simple revision after calculating.

New Scan Features and Statistics!

Save Scan Results -- Save any scan into our database for later viewing (premium)
Updated Database Search -- Pre-filter for max hours, original owners, and sorting preference.
TF2Outpost Checker -- See if each person has ever used TF2 Outpost. A clear indicator on the person's knowledge of item pricing.
Profit Potential Meter -- Determine if they are worth the time to trade with a new Profit Potential meter based on several statistics. Green indicates an easy target, yellow a potential target, and red an unlikely target.
Duped Item Detector -- All TF2 items are checked for duplication and noted with a red exclamation if they are dupes.

I've been working hard to come up with new and better functionality for the site. A lot of bugs have been worked out and the site is stable and consistent like never before, but this website is an ongoing project. Please let me know if you find anything that needs attention!
