this server got me killed

Rant incoming: I've always loved SameTeem servers since they're good at what they are: being simple competitive server without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. However, lately the servers have been filled with idiotic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ people that kick anyone that comes by like they own the bloody server. Funilly enough, I've been temporally banned from a good bunch of the servers more than once because of these full of ♥♥♥♥ people.

For example, the server will have 4 players (2v2), and if you join and "unbalance" the game, they'll kick you (they'll probably kick you anyways but that's an excuse that I can see coming). But if you don't let people come by, even if they TEMPORALLY unbalance the game: How's the server going to get fully filled?

I'm not blaming this on all players, or the admins, but I think that something could be done because I'm tired of this kind of people. I haven't been able to play on your servers for a lot of months because of this people.

Need more active CS:GO competitive admins. Got too many players who kick others just to make the server their own. Tried to contact an admin, but he ignores me. Anyway, can you do something about it?

Can you change warm-up time to be little bit longer ?
