I'm pretty sure my game files are still there, but I'm asking that if I re-install Terraria, would I have to start over or not?

If it's just your Tteam, your game files should probably still be there.

hey guys if my Steam (and maybe Terraria) was uninstalled from my computer but the game files are still there, do you think that I would have to restart everything in Terraria or would my stuff still be there?
