We've made so many SCL friends back in 2016 and 2017, but sadly the game was a fail.

Any member of the DM group have first dibs to join our guild, Tyrs Paladium, to venture forth in the newest official D&D product, BALDUR'S GATE 3.

Our Sword Coast Legends family will remain here as long as possible. It's nice to see so many great OLD SCHOOL GAMERS still belong to our group. Yes its SO SAD to see what happened to this once great game, but the milk has already spilt and gone sour, and the SCL COMMUNITY still lives on in others games.

We've read it all on the official forums by now.

An incredible injustice to not only the players but to the EMPLOYEES (and their families) who WORKED THEIR ASSES OFF.

nSpace SCL dev team did CP1 and CP2 OFF COMPANY TIME and on THEIR DIME for us. THANK YOU! (I wont EVEN get started on their boss -- no need -- WE KNOW)

I would like to report we are going to keep the group here OPEN.

Who knows, maybe someone with deep pockets will save this game. (Doubtful)

Regardless, many friends were made here so we'll keep it up.

As I type this the SCL GAME SERVER IS STILL LIVE. So games can STILL be played (for now)

Lets see what happens....

First, a big hand to Spacehamster Boo (And the moderators here) for doing a bang up job over the past 6 months building and maintaining this awesome group of Dungeon Masters. 797 people Strong.

Spacehamster transfered management of the SCL-DM group to me today in hopes that the group stays together and grows. He has left the game, as well as the person who he believed was going to take over for him.

Tyrs Paladium has a long history in D&D. Our members started playing in the earliest days ... we are talking Gary Gygax's Chainmail in 1971 folks! White Box in 1978 was my first official D&D product. (I first started D&D roleplaying in day camp in 1976!! Damn I'm dating myself now!!)

I've got great ideas but will need help of the remaining community here. We need 5 more moderators to keep this group WELL RUN. Please let me know if you are willing to step up!
