This is the proud orginization started by the donations of Dr.Sane:

In late 2008 Dr.Sane started up the "Rusty Syringes for Children foundation". Many people donated to the cause thinking the name was a joke, unfurtunatly Dr.Sane is a very literal man. Millions around the world felt the benefit of the healing powers, then the repucusions of tetnas. Dr.Sane was eventualy found and jailed for life. Yet he has recently broken free aparently escaping with the famous last words:
"gee wiz offisher i wasn't gonna kick ye inna nuts"

After this incedent many goverment agents have out to get him, they all failed, Dr.Sane didn't know why. Battered and bruised the government called in (bumbumbum) the Humanitarians. They marched in and took up stook to start the operations. They tryed all of thier feared methods, THE PROTESTING (bumbumbum) THE CAR MOBBING (bumbumbum) and the most feared of all by the government officials (bumbumbumbumbumbum)
THE STARVING THEMSELVES AND SAYING THAT IF THEY DIE ITS SOMEONE ELSES FUALT. They eventually all starved to death since RSC didn't close. The probable reason was that it was on the other side of the street.The government now had one last choice, they had to bring in.....(muffled) damit what was his name again.... the gardener! He was the most powerfull bieng in all of history (well ok the most powerfull 'gardener' in all of history) and he was sent to counter RSC. Unfortunatly his powers (to swear and throw things and then get out a shotgun, aiming incredably shakely and firing yet at the same time the shot cuasing him to flip over and have his hat flip halairiosly to the ground) are useless outside a garden so it has to be slowly expanded in RSC general direction. It is due to arrive in the next 2 thousand years.
