Excuse me, I hope that I can reach an Admin this way. I´ve been banned from your server today because it seems you don´t like players with an amount of Vac-Bans over two. I can understand this point, but when you look up my profile the last ban is over 1700 days away, a time when rust wasn´t even out on the market, I guess. So i wanted to ask you this way if there is a possibility to unban me somehow.

No, I'm sorry that there hasn't been an admin on so that you were banned sooner and you ended up wasting your time, but I definitelly won't unban you.

Mr.Summer, you got banned because of braking violation limit. This is set high to avoid accidents, so when broken its likely to be due to hacking

We decided to wipe the server today.
I asked our server providers for a wipe just now and the server should be back up and running again in about 15-30 min. (To make sure everything gets wiped in order to prevent lag etc)

We can only deal with what we see, we try to scroll through chat logs when we can if we haven't been watching and give out the appropriate warnings or in your case. And also, we don't care even the tiniest bit if you were insulted, the only issue there would have been the use of german. And if one of us saw it warnings will have been given accordingly.

As for why we banned all of you, it's because your clan, as a collective, broke the rules of what was upwards of 20 if not more times, it's absurd, no one should need that many warnings, and as such were removed from the server, as a clan, which is essentially an organization, you have a certain responsibility for all of your members.

And judging by your response of insulting and threatening the admins and server, good riddance.

I would also like to speak! I was also your server in German badly insulted! In German! The interested also no Admin !!! And just because someone before! Wrote a warning in German, that is still no reason to ban ALL!

The server rules apply at all times of day, no matter what, raging and flaming and trying to insult us or the server on here gets you nowhere. It is very simple, you had a huge number of warnings, and you even admit that you had a final warning that you would be banned if you broke the rule again, yet you broke it, expecting to get away with it because admins were not around. The server will do just fine I'm sure, good luck, and may I suggest you go find a [DE] server to play on?

We don't ban as a warning, the ban is permanent and not open to discussion, replying as a courtesy. "3-4 people", as a result of your clan refusing to follow the serve rules, we have banned 10 people, all with your clan tag. Again, 3 people in your clan broke the rules during the night, and in the morning upon reading the chat logs, you were banned. You had more than enough warnings. It is not open to discussion.

We didn't write any german in chat for the last couple of days. Since your warning no one of us did so as much as i can say. We weren't even online (except helle and he says that he didn't write in gerrman aswell. That's pathetic...
And our so called "massive clan" consists of 3-4 active people and a few noobs (friends) that stick around. So please reconsider the ban. The reason why you were banned is because, just like now, you refused to follow the rule to keep chat in english. Several memebers of your massive clan was pushing their luck with it the other day, intentionally using up the courtesy warnings we give people, and now you continued to speak german on the server. Because of the huge amount of warnings all in all your clan was given, you have now been banned.

@Jaimito the family shared account you are using games from has a VAC ban more recent than a year, our VAC ban policy (no more than 1, no less than 365 days ago) extends to the family share owner.

We have been experiencing some rollbacks during the day today due to server resource watchdog, a fix to this has been triggered with the server provider, but the change might not take effect until tomorrow morning, meanwhile the save interval is upped to every 100s so this should be the largest rollback that might occur. Apologies for all the inconvenience, but it is out of our hands at this point, if you rejoin us tomorrow it should all be working again.

If you had been reading the chat you would have known that I am working on resolving the issue, I know why the server is shutting down and am trying to resolve it. Please take your flame to a different server.

Lovely server, slight down side.. Constantly disconnected, admin seems to have no idea how ro resolve the issue. Rather than shutting the server down, allows it to remain open for people to enjoy the consntant rollbacks.

Just to be clear, the rollback was only of a few minutes due to the save intervals, it would have been less than 10 minutes. I don't have the exact number.

Server went down briefly to apply the new patch, was back up within few minutes with a slight rollback, as long as you install the new patch you should be able to connect again just fine.

It will be a month test run to see how the new system works and ofc see if we can reach the same kind of numbers we used to have.

This server was always filled with people and fun to play, definitely my favorite. Now I have to find a new one, dammit

It has been a good run despite the past few weeks following the release of the XP patch, thank you to everyone who played on the server. We'll likely keep this steam group and make an announcement in the case where we regain any interest in the game and want to start up once more, but without major changes it is atleast for my part very unlikely.
