Decay Will be Turned Off
Wall Hp's Will be reverted back to old ones

Rules:

No hacking (obviously ♥♥♥♥)
No zerging
Group Cap is 6 people (subject to change)



If enough people request it, building on others bases with out Tc can be turned off (ladders, Twig Floors)
