I would suggest playing Mouthwashing, if it hasn’t come across your radar yet.

Then I suggest making some comments in this topic, about it.

I will leave this for a couple of days, and then add my thoughts.

It is a very slow burn of a game, with some deliberately dated graphics. It doesn’t become really interesting until halfway through.

Then you just can’t stop playing it.

Of course I don't hate this group, however there is a game on Steam with this name.

I thought that was pretty funny.

You can buy the game on special now for under $5.

I had a lot of old videos of this group playing games, on my computer.

I could never bring myself to edit them, but I didn't want to get rid of them either, as they were some fun times.

What I've done is just upload them unedited to the <=RB= YouTube channel.

It is a lot of <=RB= running round on the Namalsk map in DayZ, and tonnes of footage from the group playthrough of Dead Island.

There is also one clip of a night I played Ace of Spades. I personally don't think that one is very interesting.

Hope some of you find that interesting.

Over the past week I have added and subtracted some members to and from this group.

Gyfabitt has been added, because I've been playing L4D with him lately.

I have removed some people who have spoken ill about me to others. I didn't see any reason to keep them in this group.

If anyone contacts you about these matters, you can read this message out to them. They will not be invited back under any circumstance.

The moral of the story is don't be a douche to me if you want to stay part of <=RB=

Over the next couple of weeks, at random intervals, I will be adding the name of everyone who has <=RB= in their user name to a hat, and drawing one name out.

That person will win a $5 Steam reward.

You may save up all your rewards and cash them in for one big prize at the end of the competition.

I will be choosing different times to check for tags so, if you want to be in the prize pool, make sure you are wearing yours as often as possible.

Tags not worn correctly will not be considered. They must look like <=RB= and must be positioned at the front of your user name, on the further most left hand side.

I've been reading a lot about this game and it sounds like a fresh take on the Tom Clancy series.

I've taken quite a significant break from online gaming for a while.

Mostly because it was feeling stale to me, but also because I've been playing a lot more Magic the Gathering with people IRL.

I have missed my games, though. Particularly co-op. I was starting to get good again at TF2, a little while back. Maybe I can slip back into that groove.

Hopefully we can get a few sessions together over the next couple of months.

I'm thinking of some new stuff but maybe also some "retro" seesions of games we all met in.

2015 SECRET SANTA - SIGN UP HERE AND NOW

Back again, it's the annual Secret Santa!

The idea is that, if you want to participate, you add your name to this thread. The cut off for adding your name will be the Monday the 21st of December.

When all the names have been collected, I will put them into a hat and have a separate list of the names with me, as well. I will then draw names randomly from the hat and match them to the list.

Next I will let all participants know whose name has been drawn for them.

At that point I will also need everyone who is taking part to add all the other Secret Santa participants to their Friends List.

Once you have someone's name it is your job to buy that person a Steam game, and gift it to them on the 24th of December. I chose that date so that most people will have their game by the 25th.

The limit to spend on buying a game is US$15. You CANNOT gift a game that is already in your Inventory.

I suggest that you look at the Wishlist of the person you are gifting, to choose something they will like. I'd also suggest that you add some cheaper games to your Wishlist if you are taking part.

If you and your partner, or another family member, both want to take part in this event, please indicate this when you enter. I will make sure that none of you end up being drawn for each other.

So, to recap:

1. Put your name down by the 21st of December.
2. I will give you the name of someone to buy a game for.
3. Add everyone taking part in the Secret Santa to your Friends List.
4. Choose a game worth US$15 that you think they would like (you might want to take a look at their wishlist).
5. Send the game to the person on the 24th of December.
6. Feel good about yourself and your excellent gift buying skills.
7. Open your game on Christmas Day and cry tears of joy, happy, happy, joy.

My housemate and I will be streaming some multiplayer F.E.A.R 3 action in an about 40 mins (starting at 6PM AEST) if anyone wants to watch;
