Ok..why not just put a tanktrap.That would avoid from them to put their vehicle at safezone..
And also yesterday the safezone FULL of Military Transport Plane...maybe theres a problem with the command cause some of them can spawn many of it.
If cannot reduce the cooldown how about the HP vehicle increase it? in my opinion...

Umm..Bunny,why the /v cooldown get rising up?
Im just saying that you shouldnt rise it up...cause the possibility on getting the vehicle destroy could probably almost always even when u drive/pilot it..
Or maybe the vehicles HP could be increase it a little bit..
Anyway this is just my opinion..ty =D
