I'm looking for someone to help me out, lol, some online guitar lessons...I havr Rocksmith, but, IMO, the teaching goes way to fast for my liking.

@Vega...If you understood music theory you would know that scales are a very important part to music theory..albeit it doesnt explain what roots 3rds and 5ths are but it does offer scales and we all know the running scales helps with finger independence and dexterity.

Here's a little something from me. I play guitar for ten and a half months now. Got this game 2 weeks ago or so and wanted to test it out. It totally doesn't have anything to offer to me though. I only learnt palm muting better (I'm more into soloing, not rhythm) thanks to it. Having known all the 5 positions of pentatonics very fluently i tried the scale runner. It could only offer me 2 positions of the scale (same with Major and Minor scale, didn't even try the others). Apart from that, I could score all the songs even though I've tried them for the first time (didn't even remember the names of the songs after, it's kind of like passing a test, you forget it once you step out of the classroom. And the game doesn't teach you anything about music theory, even where certain notes on the neck are placed. Having said that, I don't recommend the game. If you want to play guitar, go for free youtube lessons.

Same for me, my Offspring 3 song pack isn't showing up, does anybody have a tip to fix that?

does anyones dlc load up from the pre purchase also i bought the black keys 3 pack and its not showing up am i supposed to unlock it through the game?

if u purchase the game from amazon can u use the code on steam to play?

I have this for XBOX 360 and now for PC. XBOX 360 USB cord works for PC version.

If I purchase Rocksmith from Amazon, can I still play it on steam? I have the xbox360 version already :P

@Graylander Disconnect and reconnect the adapter,I thought mine was broken like 3 months ago......only to try it again as a last resort and it working lol

Anyone have a problem with the real tone cable not being recognized? It's not showing in device manager either, may be defective...

Hey guys i've got usb guitar cabel but not one wich comes with the game. Is there any way i can play with it?

Need an Update I have a studio console USB an i cant use it to play it suck i wont buy an extra cable for that :O

Just tried the PC demo today. Works great! I've been using the PS3 version since the beginning of the year. The PC version seems to have smoother graphics, no lag correction issues, and MUCH faster loading times. So far, I am impressed.

I had to get one of Amazon, 30ish. Ubisoft sells for 40 after shipping

No cables locally here, either. Lot of good the beta will do with no cables anywhere.

The PC demo works much better than on the PS3. Incredibly fast loading times, smooth & fluent graphics and a huge lag improvement for me.

Playing now. Working Great sofar !
