I along with many other people in the payday 2 community are very dissapointed that the crimefest day 1 update included microtransactions, but i believe that some people are taking it too far, being irrational and flaming chats in the discussions isnt going to do anything but enforce the stereotype that the payday 2 community is nothing but a bunch of people who ♥♥♥♥♥ and moan anytime anything changes, overkill recently said they'll discuss the microtransactions after crimefest had ended but i highly encourage anyone in this group and anyone they may know to not continue to fuel the flames or to participate in any of the drastic actions that many people on reddit seem to find necessary. Just be civilized guys, dont act dumb.

Simple challenge really. High ammo pickup weapons. full crew of four. 8 fully upgraded sentry guns. Golden grin casino. all four drill turret assets. Overkill or higher.

Well, I got kicked about 25% of the way through a hoxton breakout today. why, you may ask? because I said that I liked the van turrets, it forces players to use tactics. apparently any time you make a game harder is stupidity on the dev's behalf. I mean, it's not like this game is already exponentially easier than payday the heist, I must be stupid for thinking the van turrets are a good way to make the game more difficult and force players to problemsolve on the fly, right?

in other words: STOP HATING ON VAN TURRETS! YES THEY ARE A PAIN TO DEAL WITH, THAT MAKES THE GAME CHALLENGING!
