If so, this is what must be done.

You post an announcement regarding the prize, entry fee, max entry slots per person, and total number of slots all together.

The prize must be handed over to me to ensure 100% the winner of the raffle receives the prize.
All entered metal must also be handed to me so I know who is entering.

Why do I say hand the items to me, this is because of possible scamming by the original raffle host.

When the slots are filled, I will use random.org, find the winner.
The prize will be handed to the winner and all metal used for slots will be handed to the raffle hoster.
