RyeBrush checking in. I'm throwing my chips in on Gigantic and playing some steam games till alpha/NDA lift/Beta.

There's been a lot of talk recently about the currently-in-development modding tools for Dota 2, with there being not only a number of impressive existing mod projects, but also rumours that a group is making significant progress towards a recreation of League of Legends in Dota. I'm not a modder myself, but it may well be possible with enough work and a team of people who know what they are doing to recreate, if not Dawngate exactly (owing to art/lore copyrights) then something which plays very much like it in the Dota engine. This may well be the most realistic chance of actually saving the game - but I'm not a modder myself, and wouldn't know where to start or have the time to invest into such a project...

Imma be playing some Dota 2 I guess (only ability draft).. and DG ocasionally, hit me up if you're playing either.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS PRETTY AND ZALGUS, CONTINUE THE DAWNGATE!! I love this game to death whatever its faults (The operative word being faults).

I am going to be so upset to see this game leave.

So for the next 89 days, I'm going to spend every single ounce of free time playing this awesome game and build my vocabulary with the aid of everyone's favorite pretty boy (Zalgus).

Dawngate is probably the one MOBA i will ever have true fun with.. any other MOBA has been too stressful for me (seriously, I can feel my organs dying a lil whenever I play DoTA)

In case anyone was wondering, I will continue to write the Spirit of Aspiration fan work and post updates on my blog. I hope it brings a small bit of solace as I try to keep the Dawngate open for myself and anyone who enjoys my writing.
