Oh cry me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ river. Boycott a different game. I know a guy who got the game a week before it became free and he just shrugged it off and laughed... This is possibly the stupidest group I have ever seen created. I love tf2 and am glad that Valve decided to make it free to play... even though I paid for this game. Go find something else to ♥♥♥♥♥ about.

You guys need a better ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hobby. Go boycott something important that will actually change your lives other than a decision which DID NOT ruin a game or change your lives in any meaningful way. Gl with your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ group, and if you think Valve gives a ♥♥♥♥ about your 10 dollars or however much you spent, you're wrong.

I think this is a good cause and also, i would like to point out that when I started tf2 up again after this update i found that my account had been reduced to what is now a free account and all my items have been removed except for a few that ai bought and some like bills hat and the frying pan etc. but all other items that i got from game unlocks and pre purchases ARE GONE AND I AM FURIOUS!!!

Valve seems to do nothing but ♥♥♥♥ up tf2 with every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ update

Mann.co update: had to pay REAL MONEY just to open a crate and 17 dollars for an IMAGINARY hat

Christmas update: Got a free key (which im suprised that they would do) but when you unlocked the winter crate all you got was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapon you already had


F2p update: Added a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that ruined the game by having a 40% increase in pyros w+m1 spamming and soldiers rocket ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything
Not to mention broke garrysmod for 2 weeks

Grodbert update:added laggy ass weapons that lagged the ♥♥♥♥ out of tf2 for a few days

Recent updates:
Backburner nerfed the ♥♥♥♥ out, now its purpose is defeated
ALSO i cant trade the ♥♥♥♥ i crafted
I cant trade my metal now so im stuck and i dont get enough weapons to craft for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ hat and it would cost my entire inventory just for 1 refined
I bought 2 keys just to finally unlock crates and all i got were 2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ strange weapons i didnt care for.F2p isnt the only update.

whats your opinion why free2play gamers ruin the game? in my opinion its the low skill, which ruins our fun. not many people would buy a game which is there for 3 years now. whats also really annoying: on paycheck maps, these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ only play for frags often. nothing like teamplay. there should be team fortress2 for us, and something called "frag fortress" for these lowbobs

Guys, look in to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ situation. IF you actually read the website and looked at the FAQ instead of following along like damn sheep, you would realize that you don't just get a hat for buying the game. You get way more space for items, (200 slots compared to 50). You have more free crafting, you can trade, while Free 2 play people can only Receive, and only paying people get rarer items. Like hats. Which is one of the reasons people are addicted to this game in the first place. Grow up and look into the situation. The game's like 5 years old. It was pretty much next to free these past few weeks. 10 dollars? You want a refund for Ten DOLLARS? You spend more than that on a damn sandwich nowadays. Also, if you bought it 4 years ago, and want a refund now, you are sick. and need help. It's like complaining when someone buys an Item on sale when you payed full price on it. Also, half the people in this group are playing team fortress 2 now. Free to play, isnt a bad thing. sheep.

And when hl2 dm hit f2p it was flooded with hackers and whatnot. Plus it woulnt matter if they got banned because they could make a new account and re isntall hl2 dm.

This group is stupid. How does making the game free "ruin the game" for anybody? There really isn't any argument that can be made for the case that it brings less skillful players or whatnot, because that's just a bollocks claim.

If anything the only reason you could be upset is out of the jealousy that people are now playing a game for free when you paid for it initially. And that's really not that big a deal either.
